He popped up when Jamie announced the deal and is based in HK. He bought five (the minimum order) from the Chinese rep but only wanted two and at the time asked if any one wanted the other three. I guess he now has just one left!
If he is a dealer he is small time (he calls himself a HK player), so I wouldn't be bothered. Maybe one of our foreign forum users might find trade with him worthwhile.
