Not sure it's really a "put down" posting. Historically, he's fairly accurate. Officers and NCO's led from the front, which is why there was a disproportionate number of KIA officers and NCO's in the german forces compared to the average grunt. It's also why, in Elite german units, that all ranks were taught how to carry out the job of the next couple of ranks up (particularly applicable to W-SS and FJ)
IIRC, he came over from the WWIIreenacting forums.

Aye, but modern thinking does not put the SL at the front, since the front man is likely to be first to get taken out, leaving the squad leaderless.

Sorry, I keep seeing the WW2 part of the sites title.
I think I need clarification.
Is this modern airsoft in WW2 style clothes or is it WW2 airsoft?
If it's the former why bother? You can just go to any skirmish in WW2 kit. If it is to be considered WW2 airsoft surely some consideration of period tactics must be made?
Why have ww2 themes and battles if you are going to betray their origins by useing modern tactics.
You want to carry the guns, wear the kit, sing their songs, even wear the medals for bravery and honour yet pay no regard to how these men fought their war.
Sorry, I dont see a place for modern tactics in a WW2 themed airsoft game.

I can't see how my previous comment warrants that diatribe. Do not presume to tell me how much regard I pay these men and how they fought; you have absolutely no idea.

Actually I'm sure you / Yith can come up with something a lot more constructive. 
I'm a bit concerned that's he's missing the aims of this forum to include people rather than turn it into a nasty little "I'm better than you " place, which I've seen done on some of the MV forums.
My other suspicion is that he's not been playing airsoft long and thinks real world tactics translate to airsoft easily.
