Well TBH I think four of us have expressed an opinion that you should step down , unless there's anymore to discuss I would suggest you draft something that you would like said on the open forum and then we'll can close this issue off and move on . Like I say no need to end this in tears, but it has become quite obvious that you're well out of step with the rest of the organisation .
I don't believe that prolonging the agony further will result in any usefull result . We went though all this last month with the Webby/Neilblume business , despite you hopefully seeing how you can come across, I don't believe you really grasp the underlying issue . Even Rich threatened to remove you at one point . I'm sorry if this sounds harsh , I just think there's no point fudging the issue anymore .

Gadge, You're a nice guy, and as a field leader at places like Arnhem, you excel. Online, however, you have a way of writing that tends to get peoples back's up - not because of whats being said, but the way its being said.

Just to reiterate my feelings publicly.
I don't want to resort to voting anyone out of this group.
Like Jay, I've done all this political crap before and I just don't want to go through it again. I would rather see us come to some sort of amicable agreement about how we can go forward both online, and at game days.
However, I should say that my ethos about how we should run this forum, how we should run game days, how CiA should move forward for the punters and how we should support third party activities, regardless of how they fit our own standards, is broadly in agreement with Dave, Guy and Jay which creates a natural majority on that front. Ie: the bigger picture, as Jay puts it.
I'm not at all happy with how CiA have been poorly represented on the forum and via PM to third parties, and I'm not happy that it's now happened twice and would like to respectfully ask the 'guilty' party to reflect on this and 'wind it in a bit', control the red mist and think before they type....or just don't type at all.
I'm also a bit fed up about the way that whenever we have a debate or discussion, someone feels the need to resort to petty insults and retorts. It's just pointless.
That's how I feel about the matter.

That's fine Rich , obviously I'm sad you feel that way , although it's not entirely unexpected. Thank you for doing it an adult manner, obviously we will respond in the same vein . I'd like ot think going forward that you will both want to play at CiA games /events , as I'm sure I can speak for the rest of us as saying you'll be more than welcome.
