We hope you have done some reading and understand why this section has a different title, if not see the What we know section of this forum.

Well we are now in the countdown to the event. It did look for a while like the red army would be greatly outnumbered by the German invaders but after scouring through our ravaged city we are able to put into the line a sure a determined group of the motherlands finest.

We have a number of objectives to complete most of which will really on the information and intelligence that you as our fighting men are able to relay back to command. So for that we will only give you the first stage of our objectives.

Please reference the map below which shows how this section of the battle stands. Copies of these maps will be issued as needs fit to each unit.

Point D-3:
This is our HQ, it is the position on the map that should not come under fire at any point during the day

Point E-6:
This is our main CP, we will have our defensive heavy weapons set at this point and this will be main point of regen and re arm. Best to leave all items you do not need for the field in the morning here rather than the HQ

Circled areas:
Our first main objective of the morning is to set up a number of road blocks, these consist of barbed wire barriers, a number of mines to be dug in, and also we have a couple of trip charges that our engineers have been able to rig up for us.
We will be dividing our force up when we reach the main CP as we what our units to have the best mix available for the weaponry we have. This may mean that some of the larger groups on the list who seem to be squads together more often than not may get to play alongside other people instead.
Each squad will then be designated which blockades they are to establish.
We need as much information from out in the field as possible to be brought back to the Main CP once the barriers are completed and the capture and return of any enemy prisoners will be a great asset but if you do have to kill them make sure you check them for any information that may be of use to your command.

We do not want to alert the German forces that there is an impending offensive set for later that day so by all means take out patrols and stragglers to stop them gathering information but do not engage large numbers of soldiers as we don’t the Germans to be aware that we have a large force ourselves in the area.

Right I can t wait now and I hope you all have a good event, but remember the amount you give to the game you will get out and I am sure when the dust settles the Red Army will be victorious. :box: :good:
