This is the official booking thread. As with previous games, once you have booked and payment has cleared your name will appear on this list.
Before you book some words about the event.
1. Camping is available on Friday 19th June for those who wish to stay (details to follow), otherwise you'll need to be on site by 9am on Saturday 20th.
2. This is our 3rd battle event and open to all WW2 airsoft players who can attend in the required kit.
3. A high standard of kit is required for this event. Look-a-like items should be kept to a minimum and all insignia must be appropriate to the unit you are booked in as. All rank insignia must either be removed or approved by an organiser.
4. Game fees does not include lunch and tea/coffee on Saturday 20th. Further refreshments will be available to be purchased from Grange Farm.
5. PBI events have a minimum player age of 18 (at game date)
==================================================================================================
A £5 deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance of £20 should be paid on the day at Grange Farm airsoft. Please do not pay in full at the time of booking as it complicates our accounts and we will refund the difference.
Your £5 deposit can be paid in three ways:
-Paypal to @yith.co.uk">yith@yith.co.uk
-Cash or cheque, please pm Yith for details.
Include your full name, forum name and side playing.
There are limited places a side to start with; although we will go up if we can keep the sides balanced.
Deposit fees are non-refundable however your place is transferable. If you are unable to attend then you may make your own arrangements to swap with another player, you can use the forum for this purpose. We only ask that your transfer keeps the sides balanced. If you want to swap sides it must be approved by PBI organisers before transfer.

German side now full.
Once the US side has filled up I will open 5 further spaces on each side.
5 more spaces have been opened up on the German and US sides.
I have closed the German bookings again as I have had no extra US bookings to make up numbers. I don't want this to get too far lopsided.
Sorry!
OK, late notice, but there's an outside chance I can make this now.
Might be able to get there on Friday night, if not it'll be Saturday morning. Is it ok if I pay on the gate?

No problem at all, Steve, it'd be great to have you!

Girlfriend's mum's birthday? Sounds like a poor excuse to me!

Dave you can play in line kit as glider inf you know?
Equally i'm happy to put you in as a war correspondant attached to the division
espcially if you try to get in the way and annoy folk 'looking for a scoop'
"I think we are in rats' alley - Where the dead men lost their bones."
I'd be happy to loan you my M41 jacket C-W. It'd be ok with M43 trousers. If you want to do that, I'd loan Niges' jumpsuit.
When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!
A war correspondent may even be able to get away with M43s...

Cheers for the offer Pete! But I'm now taking a different tack - I'll come over for part of the day and do some event snaps instead.
Just remember to shout 'LOOK SOLDIERLY!' just before taking any pics. That'll give me chance to suck my gut in and stgop mincing.
Dave,
Pack your SS stuff and MP44 just in case you want to join in!
