A few beers should be fine (I'll be having a tipple anyway!). The only thing we ask is for players not to wander off into the gaming area - we wouldnt want anyone to spoil the surprises we have planned... 
OK, monies sent for Russians, which means I'll be camping Friday night too.
The only thing which might get in the way is a repeat of the 2010 'snow event' up here, so fingers crossed for clear motorways.

Matty, could you confirm what facilities they have on site please? Last time I was there, they had an urn of hot water. Can't remember if they sold any food or snacks, etc ?

Will need to check with Jimbo fella; I've not done any of the liaising with UCAP. Will check and post up.
There is an urn on the go all the time, they provide a 25 litre water container but I think it would be prudent if a few of us brought some 5 litre waters with us. There are two portaloos outside always wise to bring your own paper. No arrangements for food have been made with Ucap so we are catering for ourselves, I can't see a problem with a bit of cooking inside but any fires BBQ would have to be outside.
i can also bring a 25 litre urn allong, its 240volt supply
