Well just wanted to say thanks to everyone , fantastic game play , and the kit levels looked great,

After so much going wrong behind the scences for me, with hiki nightmare , police showing up lol then dont get me started on the weather :slap:

it all semed to come together :giggle: once the briefing finished the sun came out, and to be fair the weather stayed good all day, so the paintball players we sacrificed in the morning must have pleased the airsoft gods

Right the game lol , oops sorry did i forget to warn the minesweeping americans about the plastic live mines ... my bad :giggle: , i never found us undergunned, for most the game we had 4 rifles 1 smg and my trusty nambu pistol (now with 2 kills :giggle: ) but we were never in any long firefights, either one of the 2 sides bugged out or we had died well for the Emperor.

Higlights that come to mind, fantastic looking squads on both sides, cineamatic moment of one of players just about to trigger a tripwire booby trap by the fuel dump when another person spotted, another second and we would have all been dead, going near the comms centre and hearing tokyo rose transmissions or some 40s music playing softly in the background it was alittle earie getting close to it , steve and sheri eating rice and fish at dinner with chop sticks, running after a american squad armed only with a grenade and dropping it right int he middle of them tobe told they were all dead anyway :slap: , the tales of the banzai charges, the magnetic mines working :) , so many cool little scraps , sneaking through the jungle and letting american patrols go past , badger killing a invading american under a vehicle then getting killed by an american bazooka just seconds after, marine coming through the bush with a shotgun and many more i will remember after i type this lol

downsides - seeing the pigeons the americans had to blow up not working quite right with the pyro we had provided :( we tried one with the ball grenade worked a lot better , forgetting to eat my crisp sandwhiches at lunch lol , josh our marine player not beinghere and of course no predo to capture it on film :( (and play as well lol  )

A super big THANKS to you all for helping us bring back everything in, there can be lots of props and bits etc to cover all the missions so thanks for all the help we do appreciate , Big thanks to all the 34th who help set it up on the day and before (i love you all :ghey: ) and last thanks to Martin "Tin " who keeps me sane through all of this planning

and i nealry forgot but thanks to all the squad leaders and those that stepped up for roles and helped all the new players to ww2 airsoft :good: :good: :good:

Thanks to everyone for an amazing game! I have to say that was my best experience airsofting ever!!

Highlights:
Hiding in a bush while 2 squads full of GI's walked past mere feet away 0_0
Banzai charge after banzai charge and getting cut down wearing a kamikaze headband xD

Fantastic effort for the planning, much restored my mojo for airsoft.

Can you link me the site to buy that Marushin nambu now? :happyswing:

Hiding in that Bush when the Marines walked past was the single most tense moment I've ever had in airsoft. Such a great time.

Regards,

Ralph
