I fellows, I got today a invitation from a comrade in CH, he told me, that they have now ready theyr german tank and he invite me and all of my comrades, if we will be ever in Schweiz, to visit them and drive with this tank. He showed me some pics and I get a heartattack. So, you guys are also comrades, if somebody will go there with me, let me know. Just look at the pics........-- attachment is not available --

Wow nice toy, I wonder if Gadge would lend me his panzer uniform, I'm off to Sass Fay in Switzerland on the 1st March for a ski-ing holiday, but I think the wife and kids might have something to say about me sloping off to drive tanks.

OK Hstuf, if this one comes off, Guy and Adam age 4 and 5 will be joining the Wehrmacht as tank crew for the day! Not to mention Mrs Stubblehopper!

Peter, if you do come to the event in July, there is a big tank museum about an hour away. Almost every German tank you can think of - PzI, II, III, IV, Panther, Tiger, 2 King Tigers, Jagdpanther, Hetzer, Jagdtiger....!! 8)

I'd be happy just sitting in the capola and letting someone else drive it, If this happens and it might not come off. I'll take a black panzer wrap and camo trousers with me and get Mrs Stubblehopper to video the whole thing for you!

Chris, believe me, whether you drive it or not, you'll be grinning about it until the day you die. It's a "bucket list" thing to do in my opinion. I drove an F1 car around Silverstone for my 30th birthday (a long time ago) and it still brings a little smile to my face just to think about the experience.

There's another thing to do before you die! Have a cabby in a Tiger!
