Anyone else finding the forum a bit cluttered ?

I was thinking a hidden archive bit down the bottom to put stuff like the organisers BotB forum , etc ?

Maybe a open archive for past games as well, or at least prune them down to the AARs etc

It's less cluttered for the punters of course.
But yes, an 'Archive' section out of the way below the retailers is a good idea - not sure whether to make it all hidden and dump everything there or have a hidden and visible archive just in case chaps want to look back at past event gen?

I thought having a visible archive that was well pruned ot show newcomers the previous events was worthwhile, and keep our organising stuff pruned and hidden . It's useful to refer back ot for stuff like kit rules and player lists but otherwise is just in the way at the mo.

I can do the honours if no one else can be assed or happy to see someone else do it ?

Sounds good to me!

As long as useful stuff isn't pruned then its a FANTASTIC idea! :)

we could delete all of lewis/blos posts, that way nothing useful is lost and we remove half theposts off the forum :)

Ok well I'll prune away the three past game threads on both the open and closed bit , and dump prunings in a holding tank . That way you can all look at what I've pruned and stuff can go back in if you wanted it kept.

Is it worth sticking on the autoprune on some of the more popular forums like off topic, I was thinking of 300+ days ?

Just make very sure that none of the private stuff gets pruned into the public folders, eh?

I'm not so keen on autoprune... It'll probably delete important stuff at some point...

I say give it a wide berth!

No auto-pruning please - AFAIK it is pruning as in deleting.
