If it's an AGM M14 - Garand conversion, you can use the ACM shotgun magazines with the collar around the bb feed cut off, they fit flush with the body and give you about 12-15 rounds per mag (they also fit inside the M1 Garand Cartridge belt pouches)

I have 20 of the AGM mags in my cartridge belt and used them to great effect at the FSA open day on saturday.
