For skirmish, the AGM is the better option in my opinion, cheaper and fixable, the mags, if your not in a hurry will turn up from time to time......but it could be a long wait, don't forget AGM Sten mags are the same, so troll through all the sales, and sites you'll have to do the "footwork" if you want a bargain.

I haven't bothered with the ka midcaps.....currently have 4 agm 50 round mags. In ww2 games that'll be around your ammo limit oer life (Veirville was 3 mags). On open days, yep you can be a bit outgunned, but it makes the kill all the sweeter . I often do opens with the kar98, and that's 11 rounds per mag.
Maybe I just respawn too much
