Stumbled across this springer on fleabay yesterday. Not available over here, but it might`ve been handy for a project. http://www.ebay.com/itm/400-FPS-CYMA-World-War-II-M1-Carbine-Bolt-Action-Spring-Airsoft-Rifle-WWII-Gun-/390609936140

This one is too good to hide away in another thread.

A cheap springer M1 carbine with good fps (<350 with .2g) for $60.

I would buy one if I could find one in the UK!

It might be worth talking to airsoft world, they might be able to get them in stock.

I'll keep an eye out on all those "bb guns for less" websites, it'll be 2 tone if I find it but it will probably have the wood affect under the paint.

I have contacted RSOV to see if I can buy some on bulk from them.
If I do I may sell them at Monte La Difensa Ex-Site in August.
We have about 21 allies lined up that may like to buy some. :D

They are in the process of sourcing some of them.

If they supply it for less than £150, I'll be amazed.

Good grief I hope not, normally the cost in US dollars transfers to the UK in £ so they should in theory be about £60. Given that it`s a plastic springer then I would hope for no more than £45 but then I`m tight as a ducks arse. 8)

Well seen as we already know how much it is I doubt they'd be as audacious to rip us off. Plus it'll be very hard for them to charge over £100 for an all plastic CYMA gun.

That's the sale price.

If you look on the link that oddball put up, the RRP is/was $150. Maybe I'm just being cynical, but if they get the option to make that kind of mark-up, I imagine they'd go for it.

For £60 even I'd buy one, and the only US kit I've got is an M1 lid I bought for a fancy dress party.

And a lot of these cheap "BB gun" shops will say that the RRP is an insanely high price to make it seem that their customers are getting a bargain. As far as I can tell Airsoft World have never done this.

The company on eBay has told me if I can arrange a shipping company they can get me as many as I want, but they wont use standard post to the UK.
I have done this before to get diesel engines, it would be best if they came direct from Asia rather than the states.

I presume these are a clone of the old TM springer?

Would so buy one of these, maybe 2. One to keep and one to tinker with.
