Was gutted when I read the info. on the KAR 98's!. Straight to the "butchers" to be deactivated when such good examples of a piece of history (according to the blurb) could be sold on the Section 1 market! AAARGH! :roll: :wink:

Ryton arms used to be good for getting hold of S1 live stuff. I had a mate who got a minty k98 in the brown paper from them.

Mind you, that was about ten years ago though!

www.saracenexports.co.uk is quite a good site, iv used them once and got my Bren Mk2 reasonably well.

also sells inert ammo, accessories and a few gun parts

and for HARDCORE enthusiasts :wink: .....whos up for a Bofors AA gun? on a trailer of course............only £2000 :( :( :(

i once bought a 1903a4 springfiled 3006 sect 1 from simon atherton at his business place, yes that simon atherton

blimey, never seen so many guns, and 2 tanks in his front garden, not to forget the bloody big dogs !

Yep have a few items from WWA they get some good stuff in.

I got one of these on order before Christmas but it aint here yet, not WW2 I know but I do love them.

Wow, £225 for a de activated LAWs rocket from WWA, a guy was selling them at the war & peace show 2 years ago for £30, Ryton Arms are quite good for reasonably priced stuff,
