I under stand your English is not so good because it is not your native tongue (Caracas/Venezuela) so well done anyway on the posting.

I think the pistol looks quite nice as all lugers do!
If the grip is a copy of a famous pistol grip I think it is also quite well done but the eagle looks a bit strange around the head maybe, and I think the brass would be inlayed.
This does not mean that it is not a WW2 creation though but not an expert job.
Here is some info http://gallery.rennlist.com/lugergaller ... ListPage=3

ha his spellings as good as nine :)

not the best of jobs but then this sort of, i hate to say it for a WW2 worked gun as "trench art"
could have been made by a gun maker or even a silver smith in the field, with limited tools and time,

the eagle could have been set into the grip from say a bit of enameld insigniar, colar dog or other,

brass from a shell cassing perhaps, the engraved edge is easy to do with a flate nosed scalper hand engraver,
i reacon he,d needed as little as 6 tools to to the job, all hand tools,
very interesting bit of work,

warren ( gun engraver by trade) :)

It funny how fascist art tend to be so guady and tastless .
So no plans to offer this as an airsoft offering then Warren ? I must admit I'd never thought of having any pistols engraved, but is it something you'd consider , assuming it was steel bodywork ?

ye no probs mate,

my old boss once engraved a live sig auto pistol in the 80,s
it was one of them funny jobs were the costomer gave him free rain,
it ended up with hells angels all over it, you know the ones from HELL with wings, tallons and fangs,
mainly cos he hated pistols, very funny,

allso do a nice line in ladies bangels etc, cufflink all engraved :)

have a look at the engraved glock top slide, chris at airsoft armouries has it in the shop,
http://s54.photobucket.com/albums/g119/ShootAndScoot/

but i can do any type of engraveing thats you see on shot guns,
they are split in to to main types,
the H&H patern, very bold and quite germanic,
and the Perdy style, very small scroles and lots of iner shading in the smaller scroles,

the glock top slide is more like the triger guard patern quite open and alternate in the patern,

Wow hope the joseph mengele connection is true as soon as you said Argentina I thought Boys From Brazil!

As that film came out in 1978 the gun could have been made as a fake to sell to tourists!
