Once again a fantastic job mate. There is always room for snipers on the battlefield despite what others may think, is and always was a fact. Hope to be joining the club next year with a custom Springfield (scoped with a weaver 29s) :good:

A beautiful piece of work, probably the best looking airsoft No4 build I've seen, you should be justifiably proud. :good:

Wonderful work :good:

May we enquire as to the price of such lovely craftsmanship?

The result is awesome...

A sort-of-related question. How hard would it be to get rid of the Varmint donor internals completely and instead fit in a new VSR?

Kitwhore files: S&S Lee Enfield No. 4, AGM Sten Mk. II, Tanaka Kar 98k, WE Luger P08
Wishlist: AGM Stg44, possible LE No. 4 gas project

the main problem would be the casting that sits over the breech ,the Varmint breech is a smaller diameter , i tried to fit the casting and even after a lot of cutting ,milling and grinding i could not get it to sit down on the breech low enough to look nice ,i'm sure it could be done but it would leave the casting very thin and weak. what part of the Varmint is the cause of concern ?

Give me a big enough hammer and a place to stand and I could fix the world.
i'll kill a man in a fair fight or if i think he's going to start a fair fight or over a woman or.......
a problem shared is a problem halved ,but an advantage shared is no advantage at all
if a job's not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well

Feeding mostly. If I just had any way of making the mag slot properly into something. Damn, maybe if I add some guiding rods to it... I also remember some BBs going pretty much sideways, flying at 30deg angle. It was fairly random.

is there no proper mag catch? the weird trajectory sounds like a dirty barrel or needs a better hop rubber, probably a standard vsr hop rubber would do the trick.
