Ok, I know there are a couple of threads regarding the MG42 due for release. Just interested to gauge peoples interest. Working on getting some in. Not asking for sales or deposits we are just woudering what sort of numbers to get in. Don't want to get stuck with loads for ages but at the same time would be silly to only order in a couple and have people screaming for them. Along with the 42's to make up an order we are also looking at getting in a couple of MP40's, Ppsh's, Thompsons and BAR's. Along with some modern stuff. Again not looking for sales but if you are interested in any of the listed items let me know. Easier for us if we know where we have a postential sale should we get them all in.
Managed to save quite a few forum users some money when the MP44 and the Sten was realeased, maybe we can do the same again. I expect to retail them around £375, maybe a little cheaper when we get a final shipping quote.

If the price is sane I'm definitely getting the MG42.

That's a decent price. I'm going to be getting one around October or November.

Put me down for one if you will ship to New Zealand ??

Lt. Morris Schaffer: "Second rate punk," eh?
Major John Smith: Sorry. All I could think of on the spur of the moment.
Lt. Morris Schaffer: Thanks, that makes it even worse.

Sadly I think the MG42 is something I'll have to hold out on as I really need a better selection of skirmishable AEGs before I go totally crazy.

With that in mind I could well be interested in the likes of an mp40, sten or papasha, depending on how much money I've got in the airsoft fund at the time and ofcourse the prices.

Would you consider throwing together a rare and elusive MkV Sten in the future? I've got a donor gun and everything...

Hahaha, as tempting as that sounds I fear it may be a wee bit above my abilities at the moment.

That said everywhere in the uk seems to be out of stock of the agm mk2 which would be the technically easier option.

There's tons of agm stens about, they're two tone but about. You can pick them up for about £160-£200 in a lovely range of neon colours :good:

I assume the two-tone is just slapped on to some of the removeable externals by someone with a spraycan right?

i.e. some scrubbing and some chemicals and it'll be all nice and clean for sticking black on and rubbing down to give some wear.

Yeah, the paint is factory applied but it's just some cheap, nasty stuff. Have a look on all the "bb gun" websites, I got mine from one in October.

Is there any update on this? Is anyone going to be selling the MG-42 in UK?

Airsoft armoury had them listed up for sale but they seem to have been removed from the website?

If this thread is still relevant, I'm planning on grabbing one whatever happens, but naturally any UK retailer would be my first choice rather than ordering from the states.

I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.
