There's definatly a market for a very basic vsr based generic wood effect rifle ,at the moment there's lot's of people using m14's who might be tempted to built action instead ,and that would be far better for the game dynamic.

Give me a big enough hammer and a place to stand and I could fix the world.

How about a De Lisle carbine or a trench gun?

Or perhaps... A Bren?

I'll certainly look into making something for the VSR system, once I can afford to buy the rifle to work from. I would love to make a Delisle (one of my ideas is to make a Welrod on a related note...). Brens are available and atm I haven't really got the tooling to make something good, though in the longer run that may change...

Trench guns (as in the 1897 Shotgun) are also available, but I would like to build some shotguns (thinking along the lines of classic side-by-sides) and that may be a fun one.

Is personally really like a De Lisle. I was disappointed to see that shoot and scoot have discontinued their's.

Maybe one of these to turn a Marui 870 into a trench gun?

I'm guessing someone has made that for you already? I'd be game for giving it a go if people want one though...

No I've not got one yet, there's one on eBay for £150, which is expensive. I've seen one advertised a lot cheaper in America but not contacted them yet to see if they are willing to oat to UK. My main concern about buying an exact replica is whether it will fit the Marui. If you are interested in having a go at one then pm me or give me a shout on facebook.

Maybe a bit cheeky chaps, but for those of you on Facebook we've built a page on there to keep you up to date with what we're up to! Obviously you can just subscribe to the blog still.
