not sure this is the right section but wanted to offer this up especially with people mass ordering prior to october first. I ordered a item for a project gun for wotan on august 25th. Paid for it and was told itd be shipped aprox august 29th. A bit of a delay but not drastic. August 27th I was notified(despite their website saying otherwise) the item was out of stock did I want another item or store credit?
I'd marked on my original order that should it be out of stock i'd want a refund. I sent a email back to that effect.... no reply. 3 days later no reply, no refund. despite attempted calls and more emails. 4 days later a note on my order saying "sorry order has been cancelled will refund asap".
another 2 days go by no refund. So i try ringing and emailing again(NB never try to phone them they dont answer it ever) still no reply until 4 days later when again i get "sorry will refund asap) 2 more days still no refund so I opened a paypal case against them and sent a barrage of emails stating "Please refund me by the end of tomorrow or I will escalate the case fully to paypal"
Now I finally have my refund but its taken me a fair while and a whole lot of headaches to get. Be warned they dont maintain their website properly and their customer service is now pants. I've ordered things from them before but I'll be avoiding them like the plague now.
Thought you all should be warned.
