I'm happy with blancoed being worn with Denny and Unblancoed with KDs... I suspect those that don't have KDs will also not have unblancoed webbing (...
My only addition to that is that blancoed webbing looks rubbish on a KD shirt, so if you do go down to that then unblancoed is preferred.
