Well I suggest you watch some allo allo ... heh seriously. Trousers (no jeans!), braces, plain coloured shirt (no tie?), Wooly jumper or cardigan, ...
I've found a way to take quick backups of the database... I'll try and do it fairly regularly... it is a manual process.
