Hi folks,

I've got a skeleton waterbottle carrier that i'm having trouble getting the bottle to fit in. I understand these can be tight, I have tried soaking it to try and stretch it but no joy.

Looking for any other advise on getting it to fit. The carrier is original and the bottle is a repro, so not sure if that may have something to do with it.

Thanks in advance.

if stretching doesn't do it, you may have to cut and re-stitch the webbing on a join, maybe there's enough material on the fold over of the join to let out.

I just restitched mine. It was very easy to do and has transformed the usual horror of British water bottle extraction.

Bit late in the game but I have two water bottles, one British and one New Zealand manufacture. The bottles differ in construction, particularly around how the top and bottom fit on, so they don't both fit in the same pouches, if it doesn't fit it may be worth going for the slip-in style of holder.
