I would say left sleeve and about 16cm from the hem (or where the sleeve vent finishes). If you want to be fancy-pants with the sewing you should tuck the seam on the band into the seam of the sleeve, or at least align them. Then again the DBG may have other rules about sewing all titles on the piss, etc

This is the Drink & Bling Gruppe, and elite unit who can wear their cufftitles stapled to their testicles if they so like ...provided they keep drinking .
& WTF is all this 'sewing ', I COPYDEX my cufftitles on along with all my other insignia .

14-15 depending on the placement of the end off the cuff opening. However as its a drinking uniform I would say put it where the feck you like
