OK, I've just gone through the form and filled in as much as I can. I suggest we find 20 minutes to sit down on Friday and go through the rest. There are a number of sticking points that I'm not sure about filling in: Do we want to have everyone as an additional named individual to draw on the account? Of those potential four signatories, how many people do we want to have to sign off on things? (From one to four, I suggest at least two for the sake of anti-laundering compliance) Do you all want debit cards for the account if you are signatories? We need to formulate a short statement about what we do, my suggestion below.* We need to answer what the main purpose of the account will be, my suggestion below.** How much will our initial deposit be (ie how much have we got in the kitty)? What will the registered address of the organisation be?[/list:u:1ejhic1m] We need to enclose: Constitution A copy of our business plan. (As a newly established organisation) We don't have one![/list:u:1ejhic1m] As key account parties (founding members) you will need to provide three full years address details as well as your bank account details for a credit and CCJ/bankruptcy check. *A non profit making membership club that works to organise high quality World War II re-enactment events and to provide a hub for WWII enthusiasts. (From the constitution) **To deposit membership and event fees and make withdrawals for payments to third parties for services and products purchased as part of the club's activities.

Aye, that's fine - our members have no call on funds we hold nor a say in how they are used. CiA is run by the executive for the benefit (but not on behalf) of the members.

Finally! We have a bank account!

I have the number and sort code, but a few more things need to be sent through before it's all useable. I haven't received the online banking documents, cheque book or debit card yet which all have to be sent separately but at least we are now formalising even more.

I suggest that any new AFRA applications are put through the account asap. I'll arrange with you all individually for dealing with any monies that you have that need to be paid into the account and any monies owed from Bryansk.
