For the Germans, we'll go with the usual method of forming and re-forming units on an ad-hoc basis as the needs dictate.

No firm command structure, just lots of passion and aggression. Seems to work pretty well. :)

Chomley, Old Un, Kermit, Gadge (potentially) and I will be keeping a general eye on what's happening and redirecting where appropriate.

Other than that it'll be the usual "If it's green or brown and is holding a gun - shoot it"

I think most of us chaps from CiA(and chapesses) are in the same squad mate(though not had a indication either way from the brits) so may have to get one of them to lt. the brit squad and then get some of the other people not from CiA to do it mate.

how big are the squads by the way?

Should be around 15 men to a Platoon and maybe 2 squads per platoon.

29th Inf and Rangers will all come under Captain Mackintosh.

101st and Brits will come under Captain Easy.

We're hoping to end up with a platoon for each group.

Sounds ok?

Can't remember if I'm supposed to be in a squad or not, but I'd like to join the 29th - to be with my brothers!

A little wondaweb and brown stitching and you'll be laughing. Look forward to hooking up with fellow 29th boys down there.

Ill be fine if I walk backwards up the beach!

Any more volenteers for command, still need 2 airbourne 1 29th and 1 Rangers. may well have to deligate on the day if not.

What rank you need the 29th commander to be?
