I just got a set of mp40 pouches and the front of one of the closure studs is missing. Does anyone know of anywhere who make spares at all? I could turn one in aluminium but it's a lot of hassle as it's just the loading tool compartment bit.

I'd quite like to know too, the stud has fallen off my P38 holster.

Dont suppose you made any spare ones Raffles?

I would also really like to find someone to make me some replacement MP44 body pins, as my MP44 was fine until one day it was cold enough to loose their interference fit.

I made one spare and sent it to lardassmonkey, but Royal fail nicked it! I'll probably run up another couple soon as they're handy to have. Mp44 pin, I could give it a go but the tolerance to make a smooth fit may be beyond my clapped out lathe.

Certainly would be interested in a stud (its actually for a holster flap), but it looks the same. Next time I will thread locking it!
Thanks for the warning on the MP44 bolts. Maybe will wait for it to warm up so my old my uncle can head to his garden shed, where he keeps his lathe (hopefully to be mine next year, when I have space)!.
cheers
Pink

Would there be any interest in MP44 body pins that have a retaining clip in them like those found on the G36? If so, I might make up a batch in steel and then blue them.

I'll get some steel ordered then. Will give me something to do over half term later this month.

If you put up a separate thread, I reckon you might get even more interest! :)

I'll get some costings done, then split the thread off.
