Alright, I've had it for a month and a half already. But yesterday I finally took the time to put the buttons on. Now it needs some more insignias (and I need to add a few more holes to the Sam Browne Belt).

Above the left chest pocket I'll put the Pilot wings (Joe Weingarten copy)
On the collar I'll put my winged prop collar insignia, hopefully together with the "US" insignia I'm winning in the next minute.

And then there's the 2nd Lieutenant bars on the epaulettes.

There's also the 94th Aero Squadron badge that I want to have on it.

Ordered "Oh it's a Lovely war" songbook through Amazon, 244 pages filled with popular songs sung by British forces over the last 1.5 to 2 centuries.

(not bad at for the price of about 8 GBP)

Non-militaria related I've just ordered a kingsize bed in Red British Oak....cost as much as half a jeep
Comes with 2 nightstands and a commode....
I also wanted the wardrobe, but that would've knocked up the price to a complete jeep

2 speed loaders, mesh and yellow tinted goggles, spare MP001 mag and a bag of .3g bb's. Nothing to write home about, just house keeping and topping up.
Other items include a '37 patt compass pouch, Vickers MG belt, emergency ration tin and 2 sets of brit ID tags, correct 2 red 1 green sets. HBT cover all [USA] and a french greatcoat for conversion to US. Some cheapish repro canvs kit and tool bags for lugging kit.
Full usaaf kit is now in the wardrobe, if you ever need a downed airman......

Heer belt, buckle and Y straps from Balderick24 arrived on Weds, Thursday saw the MP40 pouches and P08 holster from reich Stuff and lo and behold, today I picked up my new luger from Parcel Force.
