I do have some brit puttees and a slight idea how to put them on, but I've never actually done it myself.

Following a tip-off from wwiireenacting forum - just picked up two thin jerseys from Primark at £4 each. Available in beige/stone/tauppe colours they make a very acceptable addition to my British dressing up box.
BTW, sizes are weird - I bought XL size to fit yet I'm a M-L normally.

Is it just me or is Monty's Mate the size of a small monkey?

Father Ted is demonstrating some plastic toy cows to Dougal.
Father Ted: ...OK, one last time. These are small... but the ones out there are far away. Small... far away... ah forget it!

Its not a small monkey it was his clone 'mini monty'

A sort of 'back up' in case of battle casualty.

Technically yesterdays purchases, but y'know:

WW2 brit wire cutters.
Brit No. 2 dress shirt.
(allegedly) WW2 brit 2 man pup tent - £15 in Anchor, they've got loads of these at the moment, if you're local.
WW2 vehicle Tool roll. - with a bit of modification, ideal for fitting in an MP40, 6 mags and a selection of tools and ammo!
Camo net.

arrived this morning - not technically WW2, but 4xpart No.1 for Glock G17/G18C (front sight).

I am considering using my Glock as backup weapon instead of my Tanaka P08 - when doing rifleman loadout.

Also just arrived after initial post - 1 pair french jungle boots, made by Sturm( 'NAM NVA loadout) £9 & 1 pair US jungle boots ('Nam US loadout) £18

FARB

Incidentally, the front sight of my Glock 19 fell off, too, before I sold it to fund my K98.

Arrived today, LWFD smock! :D :D :D
