HFC Mauser 'box canon' or the broomhandle C96. I dont like gas guns generally but this is a brute. Spare mags and holster/stock are on their way too.
Lost Battalions [before they close down] M34 cap with green soutache. 2 pairs pioneer piped shoulder boards. 6 assorted eagles, lufty flak collar tabs, lufty tropical cap [SM Wholesale]and a helmet liner for a needy shell.
On order/in the post some peas pattern stuff from Ant-z, [panzer wrap, tunic and pants] I dont like his wool stuff but his peas is a more than passable print and cheap enough. Certainly better than the Sturm version.
Lufty tropical tunic from panzerfaust to match the trousers I have.
fabric glue for making up litzen, a horrid job.

I'd take it to a tailor and have it sewn on "proper-like".

The sewing is the easy bit, it's the folding thats a pain in the arse. I have 4 pairs to do, I should be good at it by the end.
There is a page on the ATF site that shows you how to do it.

Switch the bread bag to the right rear. The centre strap of the y straps should go between the centre hooked strap and the left hand loop on the bread bag.
Looks good though. FJR is good as you can forget the shovel and to a degree the gasmask and can.

12 mags?? Heh, I've not ever seen that in a photo - usually one 6er on the right and a pistol on the left, since even SMGs were dropped in separate canisters.

They're mostly sold in pairs, so I assumed [dangerous, i know] thats how they were worn.

The "classic" FJ-with-an-MP40 impression has a sixer on one side and a hardshell luger holster on the other. There are pics that show them wearing 2x threes but none that I can find that have 2 x sixes (not to say in never happened tho).

Lookin' good :good: - now prepare for some arguments over which side the holster should be on :D

Does your mag pouch have D rings at the top? If so you could attach your Y-straps to one instead of using a belt loop

I'm kidding. Some will swear to a "right" and "wrong" side, but it's really down to personal preference (as with everything else).
