Just got a message that my On The March M43 tunic and trousers are done and just await my payment before dispatch.
Good news, it's been a while since I submitted my order.
Happy Xmas me. :good:

Hope your size hasn't changed between ordering and receipt! All my trousers seem to have shrunk (I assume due to storage in the garage?) so I am beginning a process up new purchases, or quantitative easing as I like to call it.

Jeep cap (toasty!)

2 crates of machineable PU foam and various metal filler powders and gelcoats. (I have a plan for these...)

A TL-132 flashlight, postwar but cheap and has a nice bright bulb to find dropped items in the wintery gloom!

A pack of clips to make up a lanyard for my 1911, I just can't bring myself to spand £20 on such a small item.

Ps guys, Tesco are doing packs of 2 C cell rechargeable energiser 2500mah's for 75p at the moment!!!!Great for torches.

It might... It entirely depends on how thick the wire and heatshrink is on the batch they have in stock. I've had a couple that, according to the measurements, should fit, but don't.

The main problem is that the AGM batteries use a flat strip up the side, but everyone else uses a round wire.

No they don't their about 2-3mm to wide. I've had a look at the 7.2 Lipo stick they do its 19mm wide by 12mm thick which should fit.

Armoury: AGM MP40, AGM Sten MkII, K98K/vsr and Maruzen P38.

Umm, no. If a 19mm dia stick won't fit, 19x12 definitely won't - that's an effective dia of 22.5mm (corner to diagonally opposite corner).

Anyway I have fully charged supplied battery and will see how it fairs

It'll probably be OK for a while, but take a backup gun just in case. ;)

If you have a word with the chap at Component Shop he might be able to put in a flat strip instead of the wire, he`s normally fairly good with modifications. :good:

Now I'm home and checked your right, I was looking at these yesterday but didn't get a chance to measure. Glad I didn't order one. Cheers

The battery in mine last's about a day doing Mil/filmsim with ammo limits.
