At Derby Carboot today, but didn't buy;

MkII helmet, home-front 'inferior steel' type (three holes in a triangular pattern each side), grey with a red cross painted on top - £14
Post-War Belgian anklets, used, the seller swore-blind they were '40s British - £5

A second ATF M42 jacket [they were on sale]so I can badge it as 82nd.
Also from ATF one of their newish M43 SS caps. I got a Heer version some time back and they are the mutts nuts.
I got one of their DAK belts in the same order. Miles and miles better than the acid yellow Sturm version and lets not even go to the over wide junk sold by SoF as a DAK belt.
Some bits in transit from WPG too;
Army and RAF FS caps.
Aussie tropical shirt.
Mid war KD trousers.
RAF officers cap.
I became weak and bought some multi cam for the local open days and a boonie to match the Marpat I've had for years.

From my parents' loft: all 96 editions of Purnell's History of the Second World War magazine. I think it is the original 1966 edition, since they're all priced 3/6. There were additional ones my dad didn't get, but they were all concerned with post war issues.

Two more of the plastic cap badges, one of which is a real find.
It is one of the two Corps badges I never thought I'd get in the collection.
43 from 62 regimental and 15 from 16 Corps.

A 1943 dated wollen cap comforter.

A reprint of the 1929 Manual for deployment of mechanised formations.

1968 Bren gun manual, which entertainingly has soldiers in 49 pattern BD, 37 pattern webbing, Mark V helmets and SLRs. Now there's a loadout....

Cheers

A KA metal Thompson lower reciever! E Hobby Asia had sold out (as I couldn't get to them on Tuesday in the end :( ) but Dentrinity shop had a couple in stock - ~£45
The longest 6.04mm inner barrel that the Classic Army shop stocked (PSG1+Silencer length) ~£8!!!
Ebairsoft shop was meant to open at 3pm today, but they didn't (the buggers!) so I couldn't get a nice Thompson wood set cheap :cry:

Also got a few cheap and/or secondhand non-WW2 items from the local markets and other smaller airsoft shops.

A nice set of second hand BD which actually fits, and an original woollen shirt in all its itchy gloriousness.

Cheers
