Well today it feels like all my christmass's have come at once, my parcel from Hiki arrived:

Calico Windjack - may wear it at Copenhagen if the weather is bad as my wind cheater is the 1943 version. Very smart, smart enough to wear down the pub, smart enough to wear as a Gebirgs officer but almost too smart to wear as a grunt crawling in the mud :slap:

Stonegray gebirgs pants - for Copenhagen of course.

DAK tunic - to be badged as Gebirgs for my tropical look but it does tempt me to get more DAK, well I've started now havent I?

Luftwaffe tropical pants - Again for my Gebirgs tropical look, hope its sunny in Sicily. As above though it does tempt me to start a Ramke tropical look, well I've started now havent I?

Dressing up in new kit and parading in front of the mirror is such fun :ghey:

1950's Polish Sapper shovel

Pretty good for a look-a-like wehrmacht spaten, Ideally wants the shaft repalcing though :)

I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.

Size wise the windjack takes into account that its supposed to be a bit baggy and worn over your feildblouse. I'm ashamed to say as the fat continues to pile on I'm now up to a XL, I also ordered an XL Heer tropical feildblouse which fitted as expected, the windjacke also XL was larger as it should be. Only took 16 days from ordering to delivered which I did not think was bad.

As I live on my own pictures are a bit difficult but next time my lady freind is around my place I will have a dress up session (ooh er :slap: ) and she can take some pics, well any excuse

Rather Late, only 2 months after ordering, my package from Hiki arrived with my Italian Kit ( M1937 Blouse, M29 Long Puttees, M1935 Shirt, M1935 Trousers and a lovely Bustina). :happydance:

They are all badged up now, and I'm just in the middle of restoring my Italian webbing!

Carcano Stocks not arrived yet though

British braces; my battledress was 'opening' up at San Marino. Not a good look with the gut on display.

General service cap and London Irish Rifles cap badge, the latter kindly donated by my great uncle.

Bought a pair of work boots as an approximation of Aussie boots, Pair of leather laces, resin Brodie helmet and a replacement Pipe after I snapped my churchwarden at San Marino. I should now be able to do an early war Aussie impression as I have the jacket and hat already on it's way from Spearhead :)
Aussie gear will probably be my downtime gear until I find a suitable game (maybe Copenhagen).
