Barrie, honestly, I don't care if you put a hole in the trousers! I've had them since Churchills Revenge and I'm not getting any use out of them anyway.

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!

I've got a pair of officer's riding breeches you could borrow. Go nicely with those boots, plus you'd need less of the Landser tat.

OK Sgt Heide if you're sure and have room to bung them in. Thanks!

Martin, thanks but I think I'm sorted.

Pouches and straps however should be pretty indestructible so if you don't mind I'll have those please Steiner.

Jawohl! I will also pack you a breadbag and flask. :good:

Yes very impressive, surely there should be a big pointy bayonet on the end of the rifle! So now there's Yith +1 VS hundreds of Marines haha

And myself, although the money i'd set aside to spend on Japanese kit ended up going on 6 day's marine diesel and food instead :?
I have the gun (type-100), just not all of the kit yet....

Looking good. Don't forget to stick a sleeve eagle on your tunic if you haven't already. Also get yourself some Y straps next as they make carrying your kit so much easier.

Rodian - Good work there! Looks eerily like a pic of a 12th SS HJ in Normandy I saw a while ago.

Great trousers. I had a pair of them that I sold. Wish I'd kept hold of them now.

getting some SS webbing.

What would you need other than a belt buckle if you still have your Heer webbing?

RA Underwood has some super looking MP40 pouches. The cloth and the colour are far better than most repro and they are about £35 a pair.
