The cock-up was by TLSFX, not Ironfoot. The smokes are being sent today, to arrive Friday.... we'll see.

Chaps - regarding pyro for Operation Lightning, I would ask you to look after yourselves this time. Probably the best place to get TLSFX pyro is http://www.ironfoot.co.uk - that's where I got our stuff for Autumn Mist. However, he hardly gave me any discount, despite the size of the order - I can't say I blame him - he's got a business to run after all.
Whilst there will be some restrictions on the amount of pyro you can use in each scenario, both smokes and grenades are very useful, so if you can afford it please order yourself some.
