Hello there. You'd be most welcome to borrow my German kit for the event, if we're of comparable size. :)

Hi Vincent

Hopefully we'll sort you out with kit. Andy (Steiner) is quite tall so his kit might be good for you.

S

Hallo Vincent - the booking thread for Op. Jedburgh is currently not open. When it is you can post a reply with your name, send payment and once processed it will appear in the list of booked players. The price for the game is £40 :)

This would be really kind of you, Steiner. How much do you want for using your kit that weekend?

Hi Vincent, as we say here: "Bend it, mend it". That is to say, it's free of charge, but in the unlikely event you cause any damage, you would need to pay for it. As I said, that's really unlikely to happen - and you are quite welcome to roll around in the mud in my kit. Perhaps Stabsfeldwebel Kermit might order you to!

Size-wise, the kit should roughly fit 108cm chest, and 91cm waist comfortably. I am approximately 108cm tall.

You also have a choice of wool or lightweight uniform. But don't forget it gets chilly on sentry duty at 3am even in the summer! :D

No chance of fitting in my kit then, could have leant it as a back up, but I think you'd look rather comical in it even for "economic" purposes

Hm, I'm at least 188 cm tall, but hopefully it will match. If it will look strange, we'll just call it a result of the difficult economic situation in germany in 1944. :)

Simply roll up the sleeves and put some gaiters on - nobody will be any the wiser!
