(For those that don't know - Hitler devised the 'Operation Watch on the Rhine' as a cover name. If Allies intercepted messages or saw large troop movements they would assume is was a defensive operation to defend Germany at the river. Of course, the real operation with a secret operation name was to attack, not defend.)

The flock on the Rhine is claimed by Steiner, this is disputed by Taffy who intends to take them frolicking in the Autumn mist and hopefully meet a magic dragon, Spiers whants to know what the flock is Taffy on about and everyone else is flocking confused......

It is a good site I was there for the open day too but it's a bit far for me to go for a normal skirmish on my own going to be at this one though.
My favorite bit of the site was the bunkers on the ridge line great fun defending or attacking .
Not signed up with any units yet, complete beginner - no Airsoft though looking to buy an MP 40 if anyone has one - I have full SS kit and a lovely MG34 for static I could bring along though and as I live just down the road would be a great event to get a feel - For the battles I normally do we hire Blank firers what can I do to jump on the train ?
