Camping is available on Friday and Saturday night if required.
Game organisers are camping Friday night and all are welcome to join us for a lovely social (under cover 
) Saturday camping can be made available if people require it. Can anyone planning on camping please post below to let us know your intentions.
People camping Friday can arrive from 5pm onwards.
Game briefing on Saturday morning will be at 9.30 and troops will be moving into the field in a staggered fashion starting from 9.50. So we suggest arriving on site by 8.30 to give you time to sign in, and kit up 
Edit: "troops will be moving into the field in a staggered fashion" means by section not staggering because of the social

Right, I am going to camp in my back garden and then slip over the fence and walk down the road to join you for a beer before crawling back....

Just having a bit of a plan but is Hazel (Tony's better half) going to have her catering wagon on the go?
Thinking about coming down Friday night but not sure I can bothered to put my tent up - could I stick my bivvy bag and sleeping bag in a corner of the covered area?

Of course no problem. As the game is fairly central I don't think we will have a lot camping, and like yourself I think a few plan too sleep in the covered area I am debating sleeping in the van so my snoring does not keep everyone else awake 
I reckon I'll be coming down first thing Saturday instead now. Mr indecisive!
