It appears from Lewis that Spoff is a local lad form his way quite heavily into drugs and trying to lead his mates down that path.
He has not time for him.
I explained as symapthetically as i could that although i beleive him we have to give spoff the beneift of the doutb and if he says anything offensive or illegla than he woudl ge tshort shtrift here, but if he obeys the guidelines then we cant ban him simply becasue they dont get on no matter how harsh the reeason.
