The funniest bit of that was that we got right behind the lines and some of your guys even recognised us and said 'hi' on the way.
Snyper did a double take so we had to shoot him...

But we knew once he got back everyone woudl know we'd infiltrated the lines so we just shot anyone who passed us after that.

I grassed you up to Kermit and we all arranged a capture and execution!

Well, they shot Skorzeny's troops for dressing as yanks, so i thought it fair to do the same to Brits posing as Germans

Got to hand it to Gadge and Gliderrider though, all taken in good jest!

only got over killed twice. after I was shot and waiting for a medic and my own bloody team shot me to shreds from behind. both times as I walked back chom was there.... hehe

I can understand how its hard to see whose hit and whose not though as in parts it was very very dark

I'm sure Barrie will be posting later but I (Anne) just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone envolved over the weekend, it was awesome.

Originally we said no to this one due to my claustrophobia but I'm so glad we did go.

Chomley - Thank you for (literally) holding my hand and escorting me back to the allied CP. That was really good of you because I was panicking big time at that point!
The smoke filled tunnel was what did it for me as even with torches on it was impossible to see or make out anything.

Oh, and how could I forget the complete black out at the end. Thanks to the guys with me in the small room (where Porta got slaughtered) for being there and getting us all out quickly.

Anyway, it hasn't put me off, I'd do it all again.

Thanks again everyone for being such good company, you're all a great bunch, I'm beginning to come out of my shell more now so hope to get to know people more as time (and more events) go by.

See you at D-Day.

Annie

Anne and Barrie was great to meet you both again.

that small room where we got trapped was a real high point. fighting them off coming at us and diving in the room was brilliant and then the blackout managing to cover our escape couldnt have been timed better heh

oh and big kudos to Anne for standing shoulder to shoulder with me advancing up a corridor with just my pistol and her m14 all the while staying crystal calm firing at the distance to try and keep the german heads down. Be proud to fight along side you again

Fantastic weekend, easily the best airsofting i've done. The site is fantastic and the added creepy 'wolfenstein' type elements realy made it. Had a great time sticking with the quite mad panzer boys for most of the day! Both Tiny and Porta with 2 mp40's each spraying a corridor was class! I must get myself a BFG as i found them realy effective at blowing me up. Best bit was me and Lewis looking down at one and going " whats that,? is it a bottle or... BANG!!" shit me pants. Cheers to Neil for lending me his Garand when me MP40 gave up and thanks for the lovely scrumpy from the Somerset lads, helped me sleep! Cheers to everyone who organised it. See you all next time. (not D day, cant go  )

It was an excellent day, (and Saturday night), hats off to UCAP for joing in so whole heartedly, top marks to the organisers who pulled out all the stops, I have no idea how you find the time, and congrats to all who came for making it yet another excellent CIA event. Just keeps getting better.

It's a shame I'm away for D-Day because now I REALLY want to go.

Cheers

CHThree.

One of the best Airsoft events I have ever been too, the most atmospheric and indepth storyline, the best sportsmanship, the best camaraderie!!!!!

I'm just glad I wasn't by myself when the lights went out and the air-raid sirens came on, panic set in when neither of us knew what to do, was a case of grabbing the 'looominus blue vile thingie and leggin it!!!

Good to see Major back on his feet (kinda) and fragging not only the allies but most of his own team too!

Was great hiding in the shadows shooting Germans with my pistol as they walked past me!

Thanks to every1 who organised it, a lot of attention to detail went into everything, even down to the suspect spelling of Rakete Motor on 1 of the boxes, I can only apologise for shouting out after seeing 'BMW' written infront of it "I THINK ITS A MOTORBIKE ENGINE" only to be met by confused silence and a salvo of incoming fire!

Great day sorry I forgot a torch, especially when the lights went out and siren came on. I was at the allied end and had to walk all the way back to the German CP in pitch black on my own. Great site and atmosphere, I think the smoke made it better in many ways and it didn't seem to make anyone cough so not too much harm done even though it should not have been there.

What, apart from nearly causing several asthma attacks and one borderline panic attack you mean? regardless of the issues with the smoke itself, it could have quite easily jeopardised the event itself and any chance of using the site again.

Whoever set it off regardless of the repeated warnings wants a Mk9 sticking up their arse.

Thus the rules that "there's always one" was proven. At least four warnings in the briefing about smokes and thermobarics being banned.

I'd love someone just to own up to it to be honest, however they would be a bit blasted that it was stupid and ignorant.

Sorry didn't here about the asthma and panic attacks until now, but quite right as I said "It should not have been there".

When I walked into it I thought the site had it's own harmless smoke generator going until I talked to some of the UCAP blokes looking for the source.
