I know it's a long way off yet, but for most of us UCAP is quite a journey.

I suggest that, to keep costs and environmental impact down, we all try to car-share as much as we can.

To this end, I am starting this thread for people with cars to post where they are coming from and how many spaces they might have and for those without to post to say where they are and to hook up with drivers.

Just put 'DRIVER' if you are one and post the details about where you are travelling from, on which day and how many spaces you have. If you are a passenger just put 'PASSENGER' and where you are travelling from. I would assume everyone is returning on the Sunday.

I'll start:

DRIVER - HeadShot, Birmingham, travelling Saturday, 2 spaces.
DRIVER - Barrie and Anne, Braintree, travelling Saturday afternoon returning Sunday night, 1 space (although reserved for Pete59).
DRIVER - Morgs, Aberdeen, probably travelling Friday, 3 spaces.
DRIVER - Rhysd2, Somerset, travelling Saturday, 1 space.
DRIVER - Yith, Chesterfield, travelling Saturday, full
DRIVER - Steiner, Bournemouth, travelling ????, 2 spaces????

PASSENGER - Kavster, Edinburgh.

Since I paid the hefty deposit this morning, I should have the car sorted by then.

DRIVER (Aberdeen, with space for 3 passengers plus their kit. Trust me, there's space :D ) May be travelling on Friday due to distance.

Driver - Chesterfield... You're sorted Gliderrider.

I "may" have room for another, depends on whether Major travels with us or not.

You're welcome to overnight in Birmingham on the Friday if you want.

Sorry due to an oversight on my part I shall rephrase!

Joe, Heather and I may be coming down together, Dependant on logistics, volume of gear and/or acts of God.

To be confirmed nearer the event!

I've lost trainers and slippers in the past due to acts of Dog. Never underestimate it.

Thought so but I had a bit to drink the otherday, hence the general confusion and lack of comprehencion when you rang, Its a shame I was at work at 1800, I could of carried on drinking all night.

I'm updating my own details for this, as things have changed. I would like to take up one of Morgs' spare seats if I can, travelling from Edinburgh. Friday is fine.

I'm afraid there's been a hefty change of plans my end. I'm now traveling by train, and a week earlier.
Sorry guys...
