Oh well, we'll just say it's the serious soldier look.

My shirt is from epic and is fairly good. It is a wool/poly mix rather than wool/cotton. But does at least have some wool in it unlike the ones I saw at the SoF stand earlier in the year.
My water bottle and medic pouch are original. They're available at most militaria fairs. The repros seem okay(ish) from what I've seen.
My trousers are from wwii impressions. They're very good but reasonably rare and expensive. The SoF ones I've seen are shite, be prepared for a split crotch. Dunno about the Epic ones.
Epic were out of wool shirts for aprox' 6 weeks - and that was about three weeks ago. So little chance before the PBI game.
Oh and natural Dubbin is what you want on the boots - shoe places sell it... I think.
Nikwax is OK for waterproofing boots and can be found anywhere http://www.springfields.co.uk/footwear/ ... es/?id=631
or indeed Kiwi Neutral Dubbin which will need looking for a bit harder. http://www.pediwear.co.uk/kiwi/products/626.php
Nikwax is a stiffer wax/waterproofer and last longer, Kiwi is lighter and less solid so a tin vanishes really quickly.
Otherwise its down to more esoteric leather care compounds listed on boot care threads on this forum.
I've used 'em all, and use what I happen to have at the time. Over time the protection builds and the leather darkens.

I think it's a case of ringing or visiting or hassling webby to go on his lunch break
HBTs are comfortable, wools are more accurate... your choice!
What Size are you? I can ring them up and find out for you whether theyve got all the bits and how much etc. Theyre not a conventional store in the sense that they dont have a computer system or credit card machine.
no credit card machine!! wtf!! cash and cheque???
Cash and Cheque, theres a cash machine about 100 yards up the road so it doesnt bother me either way really.
