Hi all. The lovely folks over at EBB have got a link to some pics of upcoming ACM goodness including GBB Mac11's, M60s and the Masada as well as pistols.

Linky goodness:

Not all pics work but worth trying all the pages:

this does seem to be moving on a bit. I wonder when the actual release date will be.

Ah, fully finished item! Does it look like metal though?

Google translated text:
Gunfire.pl company has made available the first production version of the image replicas ASG AEG Stg44.
The company Gunfire.pl photos available from the final version of the reply AEG Stg44. Sturmgewehr replicas are in the final phase of production. To Poland, and thus likely to be sold will be in late January or early February. Gunfire promises that will give technical data replicas. Stg44 looks very interesting, pity is that so little can be seen in photos, densely covered with trademarks.

Ha ha yeah the Allied have had it too good for too long with their hi cap Thompsons, and it also makes using it on regular game days much more user friendly :good:

😳 Just had an explosion in the trousers just imagine all of the Germans armed with one of these and a 600rd mag :good: :good: wonder if the internals from an AK mag will fit just in case it's a low cap

Ammo conservation seems to be a bit of an issue already. 600 rounds in a Hicap will make that even more of a problem....

When we were an Empire it was run by an Empress
Now we're a country we're run by a..........

Enjoy them if they make final release - it's one weapon I'm not going to buy, but that's my choice

Hmmm.... I wonder how it will be priced? Along the lines of current manufacturers like JG, CYMA & AGM..... Or more towards the higher end of the market like Real Sword!

I'll be at the front of the queue to buy one if it's released but as regards mags, I for one hope it comes with something like a 70 round standard rather than a 600 round hi-cap.
I'm going to stick my neck out here & say that as a community we ought to be "encouraging" the use of standard & mid-cap magazines on all sides at CiA games (where possible) rather than looking to match the 420 round Thompson hi-cap, but that's just personal opinion.

Cheers.

John. :)

I hope it comes with a 100ish std mag and there's a hi-cap available (or vice versa). Much as I love my mid-caps for WW2 themed games, I need the hi-caps to keep up with the M4 brigade!

I agree with John mag wise, we should encourage people to use lower capacity mags rather than turn it into a hi-cap arms race. Thats what alot of open days tend to end up like.
I think somewhere around 100 rounds as standard will do me just fine with maybe some 200ish round midcaps (should fit in mags that size) for open days. The last thing I want is a 600 rnd hi-cap.

I too am wondering what it will be priced like. I'm expecting probably somewhere between the current ACMs and RS. So I'd guess in the UK around £200 for the plastic stocked version and obviously a bit more for the wood stocked one; which is the one I'd get.

That price converts to about £115. If it comes out at that price I'll have 2.

£115? Not bad. That will work out at about what? £180 here?
I imagine that will be the plastic stocked version though. I hope they don't make us wait to long for the wood stocked one. Still no info on what mags it uses? Anyway I can't wait. 8)

Ah, cheers Tom. The price is even better than I thought then.
They don't seem to be charging alot more for the wood version though do they? Could be nasty like you say John. I hope not though, plastic just doesn't feel right to me.
