To be honest you could make an AEP sten.
You can tune an AEP up to 300 fps.
yeah, they're feasible to make, but until the chinese start making them for pennies, they'll always be a niche weapon as not everyone's happy fabricating guns from scratch. There's not really anything out there that you can easily base a sten on.
Well i reckon if you didnt mind having a dummy sten mag and your real mag in the pistol grip housing you could just build a body around a glock18 or similar, admittedly you'd only have a 30 round mag....

you could build a mk ii sten if you put all the working parts in the mag i reckon, you'd have to remount the hop and tilt the whole thing 90 degrees, remote link the trigger?
Essentially a glock 18 on its side where the bolt and mag would be and a 'cosmetic' body.

Possibly AK47? Is that a Version 3 Gearbox & AK style hop unit in the pic's? Maybe Kermit will be able to help out here?
It's a version 2 gearbox, with an M4 Hop-up unit (one piece, not the Marui 2 piece affair) in those pics. Which is a shame, as I generally consider the V2 gearbox to be the worst design there is. Would much prefer to see a V3 box in it.

So far, i've managed to shoehorn the M14 box into the tube, with only a minor modification needed.
Well, i say minor, it needs the motor rotating on it's axis by 90 degrees to make it thinner, but y'know, once that's done, it's a piece of proverbial.

Turns out this is a collaberative project between Shoei and Trigger Happy. So what does that mean? For the whole thing, its got to be nigh on 800 to 900 quids worth of kit.
Lets hope one of the ACM companies decides its worth ripping off...

For me it looks like newly made old Shoei conversion for m16 ver.2 box and hop-up unit.(, wich conversion is nowadays rare and very expensive). When Shoei started to make that conversion, there was not yet any ver.3 boxes. And what could be easier than remake an old model? Will it be expensive? I really believe yes, like Kermit. So, I wait that ACM companies check it out...

Actually, I think, those in DEN Trinity are Shoei's old series, which have been out even from DEN Trinity for a long time. The new version will have slightly different trigger guard and handle than old version, if I saw those pictures right.

The Chinese ay be listening... I was talking to the guy from Combat Angel last night (trying to persuade him to stock metal lugers) and he tells me that an ACM MP44 is on the way. No idea of dates or anything but possibly the next in dBoys WWII series? Who knows but we live in hope...
