does the 60mm include the sides of the tube? the internal diameter needs to be 60mm if you want to put a dummy warhead in there. If not thats fine ...

I was using empty plotter paper reels mate, other than that any 60mm wide cardboard tubes would do the trick, each rocket-bag holds 3 of them.
