Right, to get this completed I need a couple more things, sorry I missed them first time.

Dave and Guy I need your birthdates.

I've put down the start date of the organisation as the date at which Dave announced the membership scheme. Unless anyone thinks that an issue.

Finally, what's our balance of monies after all settlements have been made Dave?

OK, forms are in the post today to Jay for signing. Jay if you can forward them to Dave then Guy (or whatever) then forward them on and back to me that would be great.

I've tabbed the bits you need to sign, just make sure you sign YOUR bit only!

I need to cobble together a half page 'business plan' stating projected growth and income and have asked PD to provide us with an authorisation letter to act on AFRA's behalf.

Then we're there!

In the meantime I suggest we either hang fire on the AFRA subs or take cheques that can be banked later, payable to 'Comrades in Arms'.

Dunno, it's something they require to set up the account. I rang to see if we could get around it and they said that they needed a letter from a 'governing body' of what we do.

As we are using the account to funnel through our members' AFRA subs it does have quite a bit to do with us!

No probs. Call me a pessimist, but im going to send em on by Recorded Delivery. Given RM's ability to lose things, id rather not take the risk of losing this lot. Oh, and while i remember, i wont be sending them on till Tuesday, as by the time they turn up, i'll be 300 miles away from home...

Tell me about it. I did explain that we weren't running a business, just a club without profit and they insisted they needed that info. For safety's sake I thought a letter from Paul woul cover us off incase they ever asked what the payments to AFRA were for.

He's happily agreed to do it, even though he doesn't understand why either!

Paypal are getting on my tail about assigning a bank account, so it'd be great if we can get this wrapped up soonish.
