Oooooh my first post on the dark side section of the forum! :ghey:

Testing the water on how many of the Germans would consider getting Temperate kit, for games like Monte Casino and any future mediterranian theatre games?

Or would you rather play in your normal stuff at said games...?

Cheers,

Webby

Webby,

The Deutsches Afrikakorps were not at Monte Cassino. That's in Italy

Heer, Kriegsmarine, Luftwaffe and Waffen SS all had their own variations of tropical/temperate clothing and equipment.

Jump in and buy some, there are more than a couple of us that have the sort of thing your asking.

I'm certainly thinking of a more temporate loadout for next year. I've got to be one of the few airsofters on my site wanting winter to come back so I can wear my itchy wool more.

I thought wool gear was temperate? Surely you mean Tropical? Anyway I have Heer tropical kit (as you can see in the aixs fashion parade photo)and would get LW tropical gear for Monte Cassino etc.

I am guessing that here temperate come between 'Stalingrad wools' and 'DAK short shorts'.

And plus people should not jump to conclusions about a DAK/Italy/Cassino confusion... There's always the possibility that the Americans have something diabolical up their sleeve.
