Hi Mick,
are you going for Heer or Waffen SS impression? The Repro zelt u posted is a Waffen SS one.
I've bought from Epic Militaria before, they also sell splinter Zelts. Suesue also does oak & splinter zelts, but cant confirm prices at this time.
If your going to get straps to make a 'zelt-roll' make sure u get 2 straps and also 2 D-Ring belt loops, so you can attach to your webbing
i've an A-frame and only used it once
I like my Aframe
,might not want to carry it everywhere but it's been usefull at the 24 hours events .

This might sound a bit odd but I had not thought about it, as Eagle will be my first WW2 event I wanted to do it and then decide after I have met everyone and had a chance to find out if I actually like it. I decided to be German purely because I already had a Tan and water hooded smock (are they snipper smocks?) and I though using it would help keep the cost down.
I think I read that Tan and Water was not widely used but who did use it?
Tan & water is a Heer camo pattern. A splinter pattern zeltbahn would be more in keeping with your smock.

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!
Tan and water smocks were used by the army but you see *very* few lads using them, At a guess i'd hazard perhaps less than 1 per cent of the heer got them (percentage based on looking at 250+ pics of heer soldiers and only 2 of these were wearing T&W items).
21st Panzer got an issue of them.
Camo past a zelt in the heer is rare and tends to be units like the panzer lehr, Gross deustchland and other 'elite' units.

The poles and pegs are Swiss, they are the wrong size for a german zelt. The style of the bag is also wrong. I'd save your money. The german bags themselves are a very rare item. I think they wore out quickly, try finding an original in good condition. I've one that is ok but the others are well scabby. The poles and pegs were rolled in the zelt if no bag is available some say. Thats ok until you need your zelt as a poncho for camo or weather proofing. What do you do with them then?
Most camo kit in the wehrmacht was issued as and when needed, then handed back. There was some footage of this on the tv last night. Queues of guys being issued splinter parkas out of a window at the run.
