Uncompany. They're selling parts for the Tanaka version now. $40 plus post, which made it 4 times more expensive than the £12.99 I paid for the base gun! Great service though, only 3 days from payment to delivery, with no customs charges :happyclap:.

30 pebbled buttons, a couple of original photos, a selection of British cap badges which include a couple of curios.
One being a cast brass rather than stamped GR VI RE badge with ?.R.&sons 1943 on the slider. On the small size for RE I think it's just a bad fake. But why bother?

Ahh, but how long did you have to wait before they sent the invoice to pay?
2 days for me so far...

The invoice took longer than the delivery! I think it was 2 or 3 days. As soon as I paid the balance, they shipped it.

this morning unpacked this

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWNX:IT

For sealion

Unusually a bit baggy on me, so near prefect for the Quartermaster said "that will do" and "don't you know there is a n invasion on!" look :good:

To the tune of "Mademoiselle from Armentières"

Napoleons army ran away, As you do
The guard stood firm for Frances Pride, As you do
They said the guard will stand and die
But we heard what their Colonel cried
It wasn't pretty I tell you.

Resistance is fertile

I got my G.S. cap in the post today, tried it on, then once I had stopped laughing at myself in the mirror, my dad saw me, then took over on my behalf.
Honestly, It looks like a serge shower cap, once I put it on then tried to shape it, I still looked like a army cadet reject from st trinians. So I tried to shape it by placing an iron over it, and all I managed to do was singe my eyebrows.

I think i'll try singing to it next....

Soak it in warm water, put it on your head and shape it, then let it dry.
