well I may come to a compromise on that, if I can find the right fabric I may attempt 
to make my own hbt set using my M44 and che's M36 to confangle a pattern, and then find some suitable wool to make a second pair of woollie trews so they can be forced labour instead and then I'd only have to pay out for a heer smock, and fabric .........
just picked up my MP001 springer from the post office (no import tax, woo!), and already working out how to dismantle and butcher it!

2 weeks is about as long as I've had ot wait, your package may have been caught in customs and there have been postal strikes as well . I'd email em and find out when it left .

I have not bought anything for a day, then SOF send me their new catalouge. Some new bits of Gerry cammo and Brit uniforms, not sure what US kit is new. But since I have to look at the bloody thing I will probably be buying by the end of today.

I wasn't that happy when this arrived, lots of details that could have been improved upon, so I've been all my spare hours for 2 weeks to make this in to something good. I just need to test it in the field now.
Don't seem to be able to upload an image.
I did mean the M1 Garand, and the image upload was not working.
The finish suffered badly at CR so it's currently in my garage after a re-coat, and I managed to break the the tip of the barrel which was only made from Epoxy Steel so it might be time to make something from aircraft quality titanium.
I also discovered that using 12 rd mags during a firefight can be very stressful!
