hi was looking at maybe trying to do this with a friend , but having sold most of my german kit :( (except weapons) we were thinking ther polish side as you seem to be lacking numbers there , but when i went to see how much brit bd was at sof and nearly died (90+ for top and same for bottoms or i looking at the wrong gear ) is there a cheaper place or a cheaper way lol

or do you mind having more germans and guess i can rebuy some kit loool

cheers

I'm not expert on Brit kit but a cheaper option would be to get denims. They can often be seen in use in the Med theatre where serge would be too warm. Tends to be cheaper and more easily available from what I hear.

The other option is to borrow kit. I have 2 full Heer uniforms going spare; 1tropical, 1 wool- 42 chest, 36 waist, 59 head. I'm sure someone must have some spare Brit kit

Spearhead Militaria on ebay do Battle Dress at half that price - it is what I wear.

There's is also the option of mixing in some K.D. items, that can be found on What Price Glory, or Denims that are again cheaper.

Plus we have some British clobber that we are happy to loan out too.

WPG's battledress is far better than Spearheads and, at the price it's reduced to, it's a steal.

Another thing with WPG is fairly slow delivery times. You place your order to the USA and he then sends the details to the UAE, where your order is despatched from. Factor in potential delays in UK customs and you could be talking 2 weeks plus, from order to delivery.
