Think this is one of the guns that are sold at those big market store type deals so its for kids and not a converted RIF.
So in one form good that its not something someone has done to a perfectly good thompson but on the other hand this is produced like this so what were they on when they stood in the production meeting and went 'Yes thats really good we will sell that!!'
